Twenty years ago today, I gave my heart to the Lord. It seems odd to say this, but I remember it pretty clearly.
So much has happened in twenty years, the storms and gales of life testing the truth of my commitment. Yet I am still His.
I cannot imagine life without God.
We’ve had our arguments, and I’ve tried going my own way more than once, but altogether, He has never given up on me, and I don’t intend on giving up on Him.
So, a great “HUZZAH!” for twenty full years! May there be many more!
To be filled by the Spirit, and to let it overflow...

I agree completely. I can remember when I gave my heart to Jesus and I can't imagine life without Him either. I would be either a bitter cynic or a despairing derelect. So as you say, may there be many more years - unless the Lord comes soon. Blessings.
